Dance class for mind and body. Performed with physiological breaths in a slow motion rhythm, using specific sequences that educate the body’s posture in movement. It is a dynamic way to improve body control at the same time.
It is an original exercise program, inspired by dance, ballet, posture studies, stretch and strength training.
Trainings are done in logic sequences, which can be reused and recharged at different levels of intensity and of complexity, suitable for the qualification level and for the capacity of the students.
The entire choreography seems easy, the movements are natural and collaborate in perfect harmony.
